Jaydene, Senior Recruitment Consultant

Jaydene Allan is our Senior Consultant at UCM Healthcare. As an experienced recruitment consultant, Jaydene also brings to the job her own personal experience of working in healthcare.

This first-hand knowledge gives her an important insight into the sector and the unique challenges healthcare workers face when looking for work.

Alongside building UCM Healthcare, and putting in measures to keep our candidates safe, Jaydene took some time for a quick Q&A.

What kind of healthcare roles does UCM Healthcare specialise in?

We specialise in filling all healthcare roles, an example of some of these are:

• Residential Child Care Officers

What can a candidate expect once they’ve submitted an application?

Once a candidate submits an application, I will give them a call to explain what it is that we do, and how we can help them.

After a completely confidential chat, I will send over our registration documents for the candidate to complete and schedule a video call to go over exactly what role the candidate is looking for, in terms of client group, location and salary.

I will also find out some more about their previous experience. All of this enables me to make the best match between candidate and client.

After this I will put the candidate forward for the role we discussed, or find a suitable role for the candidate, keeping them updated every step of the way.

What safety measures are in place at the moment to keep candidates safe?
