Special Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) SEN School Ealing, West London Long-Term, Full-Time September Start £85-£95 per day

A supportive SEN Primary school in Ealing is looking for a Special Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to join their inclusive team from September. As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) you will be working across classrooms to support with lessons and promote a positive learning environment.  Pupils will have needs inclusive of autism (ASD), global delay (GD), and speech, language, and communication (SLCN). Your class engages well with PECs, visual timetables and sensory approaches. You will be guided by the class teacher and other support staff, who will help you integrate within the class.

  • £85-£95 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
  • Long-term, full-time
  • September start
  • Good transport links and access to on-site car park

The successful Special Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) will:

  • Have a positive attitude and dedication to provide the best care for SEN pupils
  • Have good SEN experience, especially of autism (ASD), global delay (GD), and speech, language, and communication (SLCN) needs
  • Have experience using PECs and sensory approaches
  • Enjoy working in a team
  • Quickly adapt to different classroom situations
  • Have a valid Enhanced DBS
