A supportive SEN school in Croydon is looking for a Special Needs Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant. As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant you will be floating across the classrooms to support with lessons. Pupils will have needs inclusive of profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), severe learning difficulties (SLD) and behavioural needs. You will be guided by the class teacher and other support staff, who will help you integrate within the class.

• £85-£95 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
• Long-term, full-time
• Immediate start
• Good transport links and on-site to car park (first come, first served)

The successful Special Needs Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant will:

• Have a resilient attitude and willingness to effectively adapt to different groups
• Have good SEN experience, especially profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), severe learning difficulties (SLD) and behavioural needs.
• Enjoy working in a team
• Take direction well
• Have a valid DBS / police check
